In mehreren Sinne ist Radi noch ein Gentleman der alten Schule, er weiß wie man sich gegenüber dem holden Geschlecht verhält (wenngleich er gerne mal seinen Spaß mit ihnen hat und dann auch am besten gleich mit mehreren auf einmal) und findet gleich Gefallen an Alicia Melchiott, der er in Klöden begegnete. Diese Mentalität kommt vorzugsweise bei Berthold Gregor nicht besonders gut an, dazu haben beide eine spezielle Bindung aus ihrer gemeinsamen Vergangenheit, denn einst waren beide erbitterte Feinde im Krieg um Fhirald, Radis Heimatland, das er nun versucht mit Hilfe des Imperiums wieder aufzubauen. Radi weist sich vor allem als eine Person aus, die alles etwas lockerer angehen lässt und unter den Mitgliedern Maximillians Drei Stern (neben Selvaria Bles und Berthold Gregor) mehr den Eindruck eines Lebemannes und Schürzenjägers hinterlässt.
